All the products listed on the Site will be sold at MRP unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the date of the delivery. In case the prices are higher or lower on the date of delivery no additional charges will be collected or refunded as the case may be at the time of the delivery of the order. (Not applicable to E-books)

Cancellation by Us / Customer:

You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order. We initiate the delivery process after 48 hours of receiving the order. The customer can cancel the order within this time frame. Once the delivery process has started, then it will not be possible to cancel the order. Under unforeseen occurrence of events, if we need to cancel the order, we will intimate the same to the customer through email and refund any payment received against the order being cancelled. (Not applicable to E-books)

Return Policy:

It is hard to define a Return Policy for the products of intellectual properties. Hence, we don’t make any commitment(s) with regard to accepting the returning of our products. We request the buyers to think twice before proceeding with the checkout.
